Become a volunteer
The volunteer team helps organise outdoor experiences across Kerala. We are looking for event coordinators, photographers and videographers, and content creators. Weekday, weekend or both is fine.
Apply as a trek lead
If you have trekking experience, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm and take responsibility on the trail, apply to be a trek lead. Shortlisted applicants are contacted for next steps, including a trial trek and onboarding.
Why it matters on a long trek
On a three-day trek like Agasthyarkoodam, strangers become a group. Trek leads keep the pace and safety right, and the volunteers behind the scenes make the day run smoothly.
