Before you pay for any trek, you should know three things: the price, what is in it, and what happens if you cannot go. Here is how the KeralaTrekking Agasthyarkoodam batch (3 days, 2 nights) answers all three, as listed on its booking page. Ask us for the current price on WhatsApp before you pay.
Price and payment plan
The price is shared on WhatsApp when you ask about a batch. Payment is made in two parts: one at registration and the balance at least 15 days before the trek date. If the batch starts in less than 15 days, the balance is due at registration, and we confirm the exact payment steps on WhatsApp.
What is included

- An experienced trek leader and a local guide
- All meals from day one through day three lunch, and morning and evening tea at base camp
- Two nights at Athirumala base camp

What is not included
- Personal expenses and gear: trekking shoes, backpack, trekking pole and rainwear
- Travel insurance, medical insurance and medical expenses
- Costs from emergencies, natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances
Cancellation: read this before you book
Forest permits are bought through the Kerala Forest Department portal and are non-refundable. Once a booking is complete, cancellation and refund are not available. A name transfer may be possible only if the Forest Department system allows changes before the trek date; if it does not, the booking lapses when the registered participant cancels. The practical rule: book only when you know you can go, and check your name, age and ID details twice.
Why the batch is capped at 20
Permits are limited by the Forest Department, so batches are small. That is also why seats go early. If your dates matter, ask about a batch as soon as you decide.
